탐론, 소니 E 마운트용 17-28mm F2.8 광각 줌렌즈 7월 발매

탐론에서 소니 풀 프레임 E 마운트용 광각 줌 렌즈 17-28mm F / 2.8 Di III RXD(Model A046)를 정식 발표했습니다. 이 렌즈는 소형&경량을 실현한 초광각 줌렌즈로 무려 전 구간 2.8 조리개를 갖췄습니다. 길이 9.9cm에 무게는 420g이며 필터 지름은 67mm입니다. 지난 5월 코엑스에서 열린 P&I에서 전시돼 저도 실물(목업)을 직접 봤던 기억이 나네요.

렌즈 구성은 11군 13매로 초저분산 렌즈인 XLD(eXtra Low Dispersion)를 포함해 수차 억제에 효과적입니다.  또한 반사 방지 효과가 뛰어난 BBAR(Broad-Brand Anti-Reflection) 코팅을 채용해 고스트 및 플레어를 줄였습니다. 

AF 구동은 스테핑 모터 유닛 RXD를 사용하여 빠른 속도와 정확함을 살렸습니다. 동영상 촬영 시에는 렌즈 구동음이 기록되지 않을 정도로 정숙하며 구동계를 소형화 시킨 점도 특징이죠. 

또 다른 장점으로 줌 조작 시 렌즈의 길이가 변하지 않는 무려 이너줌이라고 합니다! 최소 초점 거리는 광각에서 19cm, 망원에서는 26cm입니다. 추가로 작년에 출시한 28-75mm F / 2.8 Di III RXD 렌즈와 비슷한 간이 방적 구조 및 불소 코팅을 적용했다네요.

일본에서 7월 25일 발매하며, 가장 중요한 가격은 해외 기준 899달러입니다. 28-75의 출시가격이 879달러이니 거의 비슷한 수준이군요. 하지만 국내 탐론 공식 수입사 썬포토의 가격 정책을 생각하면... 120만원 정도에 출시하지 않을까 예상해봅니다.

17-28 F2.8 렌즈의 등장으로 광각 줌에서의 또 다른 선택지가 등장해 소니 유저로서는 매우 반가울 수밖에 없네요. 이제 소니 미러리스도 정말 렌즈 왕국이 되어가고 있는 것 같습니다. 아무쪼록 28-75와 함께 사용하면 큰 시너지 효과를 낼 수 있을 것으로 기대합니다. 또 아직 루머만 무성한 탐론의 소니 E 마운트 망원 줌렌즈도 기대해봅니다!
